José Rijo examines new opportunities under the EU–Australia Agreement at AICEP webinar
José Rijo will be a speaker on 23 September at a webinar organised by the Portuguese Trade & Investment Agency (AICEP), taking part in the panel dedicated to the “Customs and Tax Impact of the EU–Australia Agreement on Companies”, which will provide a forum for discussion on the main changes and opportunities arising from the new trade framework.
The webinar aims to present the key aspects of the agreement, the new conditions for accessing the Australian market and the opportunities that may arise for Portuguese companies, against a backdrop of strengthened economic and trade relations between the European Union and Australia.
Among the topics to be addressed are the customs and tax implications of the agreement, as well as its impact on companies that export to or are looking to strengthen their presence in the Australian market.
