Mariana Gouveia de Oliveira, Abreu Advogados partner, talked to the economic’s newspaper “Jornal de Negócios” following the setback in the Madeira Free Trade Zone case which was decided this week by the European Court of Justice.
In the article, the lawyer from Abreu Advogados points out the need to densify the criteria and refers that “the very notifications sent by the tax authority come with a wrong formula”.
