Abreu Advogados at CIDP’s Fintech Regulation Conference

Diogo Pereira Duarte, Partner at Abreu Advogados, and Nuno Luís Sapateiro, Professional Partner, will participate, next Thursday, June 30, in the international conference on fintech regulation and the licensing principle, organized by the Centre for Private Law Research (CIDP) of Lisbon University Law School.

This event is co-organized by Diogo Pereira Duarte, who will open the session, and co-chaired by the European Banking Institute (EBI) and aims to discuss in depth the regulatory dichotomy between traditional financial players and FinTech’s. Nuno Sapateiro will be a speaker in a session entitled “The licensing principle in insurance law” at 10.10am.
