Manuel de Andrade Neves highlights International Sanctions | Legal Monitor and Special Support to Ukraine
Manuel de Andrade Neves, Partner at Abreu Advogados, was interviewed by Law.com and spoke about the set of initiatives to help companies and organisations whose businesses were affected, directly or indirectly, by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, where he highlighted a team that includes about 15 lawyers from Abreu Advogados who are available to help in this humanitarian emergency situation.
In the interview with the North American legal media, the coordinator of this team highlighted the International Sanctions | Legal Monitor, a unique digital space where the main international sanctions applied to Russia and Belarus in the context of their conflict with Ukraine are identified and their impacts on various sectors are analysed. The coordinator of the Firm’s Public & Environment practice area also highlighted the Special Support for Ukraine page where the humanitarian initiatives of Abreu Advogados are identified and major organisations that are receiving donations to help Ukrainian citizens are identified.
