Alexandre Miguel Mestre participates in the Sports Congress as a speaker

Alexandre Miguel Mestre, a consultant at Abreu Advogados since 2014, will take part in the 3rd edition of Congresso do Desporto as a speaker, which will take place on 5 October in Entroncamento.

The event has been organised since 2022 by the municipalities of Abrantes, Entroncamento, Torres Novas and Vila Nova da Barquinha with the aim of providing a geography for the exchange of knowledge to enhance skills in the sports area in the Médio Tejo territory.

In 2023, Alcanena, Constância and Mação joined the organisation and, this year, Congresso do Desporto has the involvement of a total of 11 localities, as well as the certification of the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ).

Alexandre Miguel Mestre takes to the stage at 11.30am to talk about ‘Sport and Fitness’, with Vera Simões as moderator.

The programme includes the participation of specialist speakers from different disciplines, who will share their experiences and examples in areas such as justice, ethics, health and well-being, society or the associative movement in the context of sport, providing moments of debate and knowledge sharing.
