Abreu Advogados has advised Peninsular Soccer Lda, a Portuguese company with Spanish investors, on the sale of a majority stake in AMORA FC SAD.
Abreu’s advice covered the entire sales process, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting the Share Purchase Agreement and the subsequent closing of the transaction.
