João Bravo da Costa to speak at webinar on Real Estate Investment in Africa
João Bravo da Costa, partner at Abreu Advogados and FBL Advogados (its partner firm in Angola), will be a speaker at the webinar “Investing in Real Estate in Africa”, taking place on 13 October, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The event aims to share insights and discuss the opportunities and benefits of investing in the real estate sector in Africa, while also examining investors’ experiences and the challenges they face. “Investing in Real Estate in Africa” will further reflect on the future of the property market across the continent.
The session will be moderated by Diana Nabuuso, of Renaissance Advocates (Kampala) and African Regional Forum Liaison Officer of the IBA Real Estate Section, of which Duarte de Athayde serves as Vice Chair.
In addition to João Bravo da Costa, the panel will feature Ken Mbae, Managing Director of Centum Real Estate Company (Nairobi), and Ayodele Shittu, Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Lagos (Lagos).
