ILA 80th Biennial Conference Lisbon supported by Abreu Advogados
Abreu Advogados supports, sponsors and participates in the “International Law Association 80th Biennial Conference Lisbon“, one of the association’s largest events. The conference takes place in Lisbon from 19-24 June and this year’s theme is “International Law: Our Common Good”.
Save the date for this vent, which will mark the first major in-person conference to be held by the Association since the onset of the global COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
The International Law Association was founded in Brussels in 1873. Today, it has branches around the world and a growing membership of academics and practising professionals with an interest in international law. The Swiss Branch was founded in 1929. It works in close cooperation with the Swiss Society for International Law (SVIR/SSDI) and ensures the participation of its members in the ILA Executive Council as well as at the biennial conferences. We also participate in the World Meeting of the Societies for International Law.
