Ana Rita Duarte de Campos speaks at IBA conference in São Paulo
Ana Rita Duarte de Campos, professional partner at Abreu Advogados, will participate in the International Bar Association’s (IBA) “When Arbitration Meets Crime” conference on arbitration and criminal law in São Paulo, Brazil. The criminal law specialist will speak on the panel “To prevent or to prosecute? That is the question – arbitration in relation to due diligence and fraud red flags”.
The conference is co-hosted by the IBA Arbitration Committee, the Business Crime Committee and the Criminal Law Committee, with the support of the Anti-Corruption Committee, the Asset Recovery Committee, the Latin America Regional Forum and the Litigation Committee. This is the first time that such a conference has been held within the IBA.
