António Andrade to speak on pharmaceutical patents at ECTA UPC Coffee
António Andrade will be a speaker at the next ECTA UPC Coffee, organised by the ECTA Patent Committee, which will take place online this Tuesday, 12 May, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
The session will focus on the topic “Imminent Pharmaceutical Patents Infringement before the UPC and National Courts”, addressing the imminent infringement of pharmaceutical patents before the Unified Patent Court and national courts.
The ECTA UPC Coffees take place monthly, on the second Tuesday of each month, with each edition featuring a specialist from the committee.
