Abreu Advogados announces the integration of Marta Boura as a new of counsel, whose practice focuses on Digital Law and Financial Regulation. With significant experience advising national and international companies, the lawyer has been involved in projects related to technology, fintech, digital markets and regulatory frameworks, ensuring the definition of legal strategies for the implementation of technological solutions, data protection, regulatory compliance and the structuring of innovative financial transactions. Her work also covers digital transformation initiatives and systems integration in highly regulated environments.

In addition to her legal practice, Marta Boura is a Guest Lecturer at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa and a Researcher at the Centre for Private Law Research, with several publications in the fields of civil, financial and digital law. Her career reflects a solid contribution to issues of regulation and legal innovation, focused on solutions aligned with international best practices.
