Sara Mendonça is an Of Counsel and has been at Abreu since 2020.
Started her professional career in a prestigious New York law firm, with focus on intellectual property.
In Portugal, she has developed her work essentially in the areas of Civil and Criminal Litigation with particular emphasis on Media Law.
She assists international clients in the media sector and has a consistent practice in defending and representing clients in matters related to personality rights before national and European courts.
In addition, she is regularly involved in the resolution of disputes, representing various national and international clients in the negotiation and pre-litigation stage as well as representing them in civil, criminal and administrative offences legal proceedings.
