Margarida de Oliveira Pedro is a associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working mainly in Public and Environment.

She is particularly involved in licensing and monitoring projects for the production of energy from renewable sources, waste management, environmental impact assessment and industrial, commercial and urban planning licensing.

Advising national and multinational companies on regulatory and environmental issues, including integrated prevention and control of pollution and hazardous substances;

Monitoring pre-litigation and litigation processes in the environment, energy and urban planning fields;

Advising a multinational company on obtaining an exceptional use authorization for the marketing of medicines;

Advising multinational companies on the development of projects in the areas of tourism and logistics in terms of land use planning and urban planning.
