Cláudia C. Ribeiro da Silva is an Associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2019 working primarily on labour matters.

She has been particularly active in labour and human resources matters for national and international companies in all areas, including labour relations, recruitment, senior management, working conditions, remuneration systems, secondments, collective bargaining, restructuring, lay-off procedures, outsourcing, relations with workers’ representative structures, labour due diligence with risk analysis and quantification of contingencies, labour claims and litigation.

She has conducted various procedures within the scope of disciplinary action, with particular reference to disciplinary procedures with a view to dismissal with just cause. She has also conducted procedures relating to collective dismissal and termination of employment.

Claúda also provides specialized advice in the field of social security, in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings. The advice provided is transversal to various sectors of activity and has a special focus on the areas of aviation, hospitality, services, retail and communications.
