Pedro Hemsworth speaks on data protection at the Summer ELSA Law School

Pedro Hemsworth will take part in the Summer ELSA Law School on 21 July. The associate at Abreu Advogados has been invited as a speaker on the panel “General Data Protection Regulation”, where he will address issues related to data protection, the GDPR, and the obligations set out in the regulation.

For the past three academic years, the Summer ELSA Law School has aimed to deepen European law students’ knowledge of a non-traditional branch of law, while also offering them a new experience in a different city.

ELSA (The European Law Students’ Association) is an independent association of law students, represented in 44 countries. It is also an observer member of both the United Nations and the Council of Europe. The association seeks to enhance the professional capabilities of future legal professionals and to promote the complementarity of different legal systems, within a spirit of scientific cooperation.
