The strengthening of competition promotion and enforcement in Mozambique is crucial to ensure the sustainable growth of the economy and to expand opportunities in external markets.
To present the work of the Competition Regulatory Authority (ARC) of Mozambique, Abreu Advogados, in partnership with JLA Advogados, invited the Chairman of the ARC Board of Directors, Iacumba Ali Aiuba, to discuss the priorities, challenges, and instruments of the competition policy implemented by the Mozambican regulatory authority.
The webinar “Competition in Mozambique: a new paradigm” took place on 22 October and featured Maria João Melícias, co-head of Competition, Regulation and European Union at Abreu Advogados, and Zara Jamal, partner at JLA Advogados.
