Margarida Calixto Kolmer is an associate lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2024, working primarily in the areas of Competition, Regulatory and European Union, and in the Digital Economy, Retail and Distribution sector.
She specialises in mergers, acquisitions and the formation of joint ventures, particularly in the area of prior control of business concentrations (including multi-jurisdictional notifications).
