Benedita Marques Pombo is an associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2021, working mainly in Corporate and M&A.

Regularly provides corporate support to companies, in Portugal and abroad, in several business sectors, including corporate reorganisations and restructuring.

Benedita focuses primarily in matters relating to acquisitions, mergers, demergers, transfers of assets or exchanges of shares, both in national and multinational companies, intervening in the preparation of due diligence reports, as well as contracts for the purchase and sale of shares and equities.

Benedita has also developed activity in the Aviation sector, working on aviation transactions and interacting with the Portuguese Aviation Authority.

Advising on the internal restructuring of several national and multinational companies.

Advising on setting up and structuring a joint venture between companies belonging to two groups of national companies in the food industry sector.

Ongoing assistance to international clients in the financing and refinancing of aviation transactions.

Day-to-day advice to companies on corporate law and M&A matters, including the incorporation, implementation and dissolution of commercial companies in Portugal.
