Ana Rodrigues de Almeida

Ana Rodrigues de Almeida is a Professional Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2024, working primarly in the areas of Public and Environment Law.

She is particularly experienced in matters relating to urban and regional planning, public employment, local authorities, the environment and administrative litigation, representing clients in hundreds of cases before the various administrative courts.

She has extensive experience in advising public organisations, namely public institutes and local authorities, as well as professional associations.

Over the last few years, she has provided support to various local councils in all areas of competence, whether in urban planning, licensing, revision of the Municipal Master Plan and other territorial plans, public procurement, the statute for managerial staff, the environment, waste, energy and public employment.

She has also advised various public institutes, particularly on issues of public property, public employment and public tenders.

Ana Rodrigues de Almeida is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and the Spanish Bar Association.
