Patrícia Viana featured on the cover of the latest edition of Advocatus
In an interview with Advocatus, Patrícia Viana states that “reducing the tax burden on construction could serve as a stimulus for the real estate sector.” She also advocates the continued pursuit of streamlined and faster licensing processes, as well as the reintroduction of real estate investment eligibility under the Golden Visa programme to boost the sector.
Patrícia Viana also addresses the issue of female under-representation, noting that the “visibility of women” must increase so they are no longer seen as “one among thirty men or just the quota.”
