Paulo de Tarso Domingues to Speak at the Jornadas de Direito Comercial 2026

Paulo de Tarso Domingues will be a speaker on the panel “Transactions entered into between a company and its directors/managers” at the Jornadas de Direito Comercial 2026.

The event, organised by the Porto Court of Appeal (Tribunal da Relação do Porto – TRP), will take place in the Main Hall of the Porto Court of Appeal on 12 February at 5.00 pm, and aims to analyse the case law of the TRP’s Commercial Section.

The programme includes four main sessions, with the participation of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, the Catholic University and the Portuguese Bar Association.
