TTR: Abreu Advogados in the Top M&A transactions

Abreu Advogados in top 5 of law firms and legal advisors in number and value of transactions in the first four months of the year, according to the Transactional Track Record (TTR) platform. Abreu Advogados ranks 5th in the absolute value of transactions with 232,76M Euros and 4th in the number of transactions with 5. Manuel Santos Vítor, Marta Romano de Castro, Cláudia Santos Malaquias and André Modesto Pinheiro are also among the top dealmakers.

According to the ranking published by this research firm that aggregates transactional data on a global scale, the transactions carried out by the firm in the first four months of the year also place Abreu Advogados in the top 5 of Legal Advisors in number of Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions.
