José Eduardo Martins joins Ana Bárbara Pedrosa for the “Unlikely Conversations” at Festival ECO

José Eduardo Martins will take part in Festival ECO, alongside writer Ana Bárbara Pedrosa, in one of the “Unlikely Conversations” featured in the programme of this event promoted by the newspaper ECO.

The event will take place on 27 May at the Centro Cultural de Belém, as part of the celebrations marking ECO’s 10th anniversary. The initiative aims to bring together readers, partners and leading figures from different fields for a day dedicated to the discussion of ideas, debate and live journalism, bringing together topics such as economics, politics, culture, leadership and innovation.

José Eduardo Martins and Ana Bárbara Pedrosa’s participation forms part of the “Unlikely Conversations” format, designed to bring together figures with different backgrounds and foster dialogue between sectors that do not usually intersect.

Ana Bárbara Pedrosa was a finalist for the prestigious Fundação Eça de Queiroz/Fundação Millennium BCP Literary Prize in 2021 with her debut novel, Lisboa, Chão Sagrado. She is the author of works such as Palavra do Senhor, Amor Estragado and Viagens com o Mehdi, writes regularly for the media and works as a literary critic.
