Luís Tavares Costa

Luís Tavares Costa is a trainee lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2023. During his traineeship, he has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Real Estate.

He is particularly involved in drafting and reviewing property contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and actively participating in due diligence for risk assessment in complex property transactions.

He also has experience in analyzing documents drawn up in the context of real estate transactions, such as purchase and sale contracts, leases and financing, as well as drafting and registering deeds, mortgages and other legal documents related to real estate.
