Francisco Esteves de Almeida is an associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2022, working mainly on Real Estate Law.

He is particularly involved in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and actively participating in due diligence for risk assessment in complex real estate transactions.

He also has experience in analysing documents drawn up in the context of real estate transactions, such as purchase and sale contracts, leases and financing, as well as drafting and registering deeds, mortgages and other legal documents related to real estate.

Advising a real estate developer on the development and marketing of a tourist resort;

Advising a private client on the opening of new stores in shopping centers located in Portugal;

Advising clients on the management of contracts for the use of stores in shopping centers located in Portugal;

Advising companies and private clients on the negotiation and acquisition of real estate located in Portugal;

Secondment program in a multinational company, focusing on Real Estate Law, namely in the negotiation, acquisition, sale and management of real estate;

Drafting contracts related to Real Estate Law.
