Eduardo Peixoto Gomes is a Professional Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2006, working primarily in private investment operations, commercial and real estate contracts, corporate restructuring, recovery and insolvency, including in the context of Special Revitalization Procedures.

He has extensive experience advising family owned businesses, including in the transmission from one generation to the next.

He also has relevant experience in the areas of shipping and international services, advising international banks and ship owners within the context of the Madeira International Business Center.
