Eduarda Quaresma is a Senior Associate Lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2019, working mainly in the area of civil litigation, in particular debt collection litigation.

She has particular intervention in disputes arising between companies, as well as between corporations and private individuals, namely with regards to non-compliance with credit agreements and non-compliance with leasing contracts, through the initiation and monitoring of enforcement actions and injunctions.

She has accompanied all types of legal proceedings with a focus on credit recovering, in which she has experience in representing and providing legal assistance to banking and financial institutions.

 

Experience

Advice to the banking and financial sector;

Legal action and monitoring of all proceedings, mainly in the area of litigation law, in all its aspects, especially civil law, executive law and insolvency law;

Monitoring and processing of tax executions;

Regular participation in disputes arising between companies, as well as between corporations and private individuals, particularly with regards to non-compliance with credit agreements (SME Invest, mortgage loans, personal loans);

Negotiation of judicial and extrajudicial agreements with a particular focus on banking entities.
