Catarina Rodrigues Rocha is a lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2024, working primarily in the areas of information technology, privacy and intellectual property.
Catarina specialises in matters relating to digital platforms and e-commerce, the data economy, and projects concerning the implementation and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
She also advises on projects related to new technologies and start-ups, as well as compliance audits in the field of consumer law and e-commerce.
Of particular note is Catarina’s involvement in legal advice regarding the analysis and implementation of the national and European cybersecurity legal framework.
