Abreu Advogados contributes to the Portugal chapter of the IATA Liability Report 2025

Abreu Advogados’ professional partner, João Marques de Almeida, along with trainee lawyers Laura Cecília Lourenço and Maria Inês Carapeta, contributed to the Portugal chapter published in the IATA Liability Report 2025.

This report by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) provides a summary of the most relevant court decisions, legislative changes, and regulatory developments in the aviation sector over the past 12 months. The Liability Reporter is presented annually at the IATA Legal Symposium, the largest annual gathering of IATA’s legal community, attended by major international airlines.
