Pedro Hemsworth teaches Business Law in IPAM’s undergraduate degree
Abreu Advogados’ associate lawyer Pedro Hemsworth has been invited to teach the Business Law course in the Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at IPAM.
Designed to train professionals capable of understanding and managing the various dimensions that make up the contemporary business world, the programme offers a solid education in the core areas of management — from marketing to accounting and finance, as well as strategy, operations, and innovation — combining theoretical knowledge with a strong practical component.
In particular, the course taught by Pedro Hemsworth covers, among other topics, the general theory of legal transactions, commercial contracts (B2B and B2C), consumer law, consumer dispute resolution, and basic notions of intellectual property.
Throughout the degree, students take part in real-world projects with companies, management simulators, case studies, and curricular internships, allowing them to apply in practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom.
