Tiago Eira is an associate lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2024, primarily working in Public & Environmental law matters.

He has particular expertise in licensing and regulatory matters in the energy and health sectors, with experience in advising both public entities and private companies.

In the healthcare sector, he advises multinational companies on the licensing and/or marketing of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, as well as on applications for authorization for the exceptional use of medicines.

He also collaborates on energy production and distribution projects, including operations with an international dimension, particularly in Mozambique and Cape Verde.

He also acts in administrative litigation and proceedings relating to the allocation and management of European funds.

Support in pre-litigation and environmental litigation, as well as in environmental impact assessments;

Legal representation and advice to public entities with management and allocation of European funds;

Advising multinational companies in the health sector on the licensing and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as on applications for authorisation for the exceptional use of medicinal products;

Advising national and multinational companies (particularly on operations in Mozambique and Cape Verde) on the licensing of renewable and non-renewable energy production and distribution projects;
