Tiago Eira

Tiago Eira is a trainee lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2024. During his traineeship, he has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Public & Environment Law.

He is particularly involved in drafting legal opinions on specific issues in the field of public law and the environment, as well as monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings, helping to prepare documents, petitions and appeals.

He has experience in administrative litigation, public procurement, licensing, regulatory, expropriation and environmental impact assessment.

Particularly noteworthy is the monitoring of urban licensing processes, tourist developments and expropriations, and licensing in the public domain, namely in the water domain and maritime space.
