Rodrigo Cóias is an associate lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2024, working primarily in the areas of Corporate and M&A.

He specialises in corporate law matters, with experience in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and corporate reorganizations, as well as in domestic and international asset contributions and share swaps.
