Lisa Neves has been an Of-Counsel at Abreu Advogados since 2021, working mainly in private investment operations, business structuring, company restructuring and industrial property, predominantly in Angola.

She has also worked in the banking, labor and family sectors, namely, in divorces.

Particularly involved in matters related to constitutions, transfers, acquisitions, mergers, divisions, transformations, and dissolutions of commercial companies. Has conducted several private investment processes, commercial and industrial licensing, trademark registration, labor proceedings in disciplinary matters and family litigation. It supports some family groups in labor, corporate and family matters, ensuring their generational transmission.

It also intervenes in investment operations in Angola and Mozambique.

It also has extensive experience in advising in the banking and financial sector, namely, in bank credit contracts, bank syndicates, mortgage contracts, pledges and other personal and real guarantees.

Advising a multinational company in the oil sector, namely in Labor Proceedings, whether judicial or extrajudicial.

Advising several local and multinational companies in the process of setting up local representations and related companies, namely: commercial companies, branches and representative offices.

Advising a multinational food industry company in the integration of the businesses of another company in the same sector, namely in the constitution of a company under private investment.

Advising several multinational companies in corporate structuring and M&A operations.

Advising local companies in the health sector on matters related to their incorporation, corporate changes and obtaining licenses.

Advising several companies, including in the mining sector, in debt collection processes.

Advising several companies in private investment registration processes, in the constitution of the investment vehicle company, in obtaining industrial and commercial licenses, in the registration of trademarks and in obtaining work and investor visas.
