Leonor de Sá e Frade is an associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2025, working primarily with digital businesses on technology regulation, intellectual property, consumer law, and advertising.

She has particular expertise in matters relating to digital platforms, personal and non-personal data economy, disruptive technology, dissemination of advertising campaigns and preparation of documentation for contact with the public, providing advice and support in commercial and contractual operations, including the preparation of risk analyses and the analysis of the compliance of these operations with national and European law.

She also has experience in operations in the space and satellite law sector, having been appointed Delegate to the Space Generation Advisory Council.

Experience

Advising national and multinational companies on the preparation of legally required documentation in the areas of consumer law and data protection;

Advising national and multinational companies on risk analysis and compliance assessment of advertising campaigns;

Advising national and multinational companies on the drafting and monitoring of contracts for the development or implementation of digital products, systems or methods, entered into with commercial partners or other entities;

Advising national and multinational companies on the drafting of documentation to ensure the protection or licensing or transfer of intellectual property rights.
