António Vidal

António Vidal is a Senior Associate Lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2019, working primarly in Corporate Law and M&A.

He has been particularly involved in matters relating to the incorporation and implementation of commercial companies in Portugal, advising on day-to-day corporate matters, as well as in more complex corporate operations.

Within the scope of monitoring Commercial Companies, Private Law Associations and Foundations, he has also analysed, monitored and submitted beneficial ownership declarations regarding national or international entities.

He has also been involved in mergers and de-mergers of commercial companies, in national and international operations, in the preparation of due diligence reports, contracts for the purchase and sale of quotas and shares, as well as transfer of
establishment agreements.
