António Noronha de Barros is an associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2024, working mainly in Corporate and M&A.
Provides ongoing legal counsel to national and international clients on matters of corporate law and corporate governance, handling various issues related to the day-to-day operations of commercial companies, associations, and other entities across multiple sectors.
He is particularly involved in the incorporation and implementation of commercial companies and in corporate reorganization and restructuring transactions, including transfers of equity interests, amendments to the articles of association, capital increases and reductions, and other matters of internal organization, as well as in company dissolution and liquidation proceedings.
He also participates in M&A transactions and other highly complex corporate transactions, both domestic and international, including mergers, spin-offs, and share acquisitions, assisting in the preparation of due diligence reports and in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.
