Ana Luísa Borges

Ana Luísa Borges has been a trainee lawyer at Abreu Advogados since 2023. During her traineeship, she has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Debt Collection Litigation.

She has provided support in various disputes brought before the Portuguese courts, particularly in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, as well as in family and inheritance law matters, including the processing of injunctions.

Her work includes drafting procedural documents, such as initial petitions, declaratory actions, enforcement actions, injunction proceedings, inventory proceedings, responses, various pleadings, and appeals, among other legal documents.

At the same time, she actively participates in assisting institutional clients, both in and out of court.
