Nuno Cunha Barnabé to speak at webinar on forced heirship rules
Nuno Cunha Barnabé will be a speaker at the webinar “Planning across borders: Managing the impact of forced-heirship laws”, which will address the operation of forced heirship rules across different jurisdictions and possible estate planning strategies to minimise their impact.
Issues on the agenda include: “Calls for wealth taxes are growing, but how are affluent clients really responding?” and “Are we seeing a shift in attitudes towards responsible wealth stewardship, or merely a gradual evolution?”
