Legal Cocktail – Challenges & Opportunities of the new Startup Law

Abreu Advogados joins Unicorn Factory Lisboa and Startup Lisboa for a Legal Cocktail, dedicated to the challenges and opportunities of the new startup law. This event will take place on May 19, at 5pm, at Hub Criativo do Beato.

Marta Romano de Castro, Partner of Abreu Advogados, will be one of the guests for the opening words at the event, together with the managers of Startup Lisboa and Unicorn Factory. Helder Galvão, Of Counsel at Abreu Advogados and one of the authors of the book “Law for Startups”, was invited to present the topic “Book Law for Startups – Roadmap for Startups”.

Hugo Teixeira, Partner at Abreu Advogados, will be Keynote Speaker at a roundtable with Mariana de Almeida Costa, associate at Abreu Advogados; Miguel Alves Ribeiro, founder and CEO of the startup SheerMe; Francisco Pinto, Partner at Bynd Venture Capital and Vel Vasic, Co-Founder and CEO of Hollywally – a scaleup of Unicorn Factory. The conversation will be moderated by Pedro Cerdeira, Managing Director and Founder of Businessplug.

This Legal Cocktail is integrated in the program of the 12th Lisbon Entrepreneurship Week – Unicorn Week, which runs from May 15th to 21st, with several events that bring together the themes of investment, talent, entrepreneurship and business innovation.
