Mariana Magalhães is a senior associate at Abreu Advogados since 2026, working in the Litigation & Arbitration practice area, with a focus on civil and commercial litigation, as well as national and international arbitration.

She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on complex litigation, particularly in matters of contractual breach and civil liability.

She has advised companies across various sectors, including banking, insurance, information technology, healthcare, tourism, real estate, distribution and construction, ensuring integrated support aimed at the efficient resolution of disputes.

Between 2020 and 2024, she was a lecturer at the Portuguese Catholic University, where she taught General Theory of Civil Law and Property Law.
