Rosário Mexia Alves and Margarida Castillo Silva to speak at Fashion Law Seminar
Rosário Mexia Alves and Margarida Castillo Silva will participate as speakers at the Fashion Law Seminar, organised by ELSA Portugal (“The European Law Students’ Association”), which will take place online from 3rd to 5th February.
Rosário Mexia Alves will be a speaker in the session on “Child Labour: Conventions, Current Measures and Its Impact on the Fashion Industry” on the 3rd of February at 19:30.
Margarida Castillo Silva’s talk will focus on patents and litigation in the fashion industry (“Fashion Patents and Litigation”) on the 4th of February at 19:30.
The seminar will feature the participation of experts in various topics related to Fashion Law in Portugal and Spain, including fast fashion, child labour, sustainable fashion, patents and litigation, marketing contracts, promotion, and competition in the fashion industry.
