Inês Sequeira Mendes in the Top 3 of the best Portuguese lawyers of 2024

Iberian Lawyer’s ranking of the 20 best lawyers in the Portuguese legal sector once again highlights Abreu Advogados managing partner Inês Sequeira Mendes, who is in the Top 3.

This distinction is made on the basis of four criteria: trajectory, leadership, popularity and career, resulting from a careful analysis that classifies lawyers based on their position in each of these aspects throughout the year.

According to Iberian Lawyer, Inês Sequeira Mendes stands out for the ‘strategic, innovative and daring vision’ with which she has led Abreu Advogados, including innovative initiatives such as the Knowledge Institute, the integration of Microsoft Copilot and the commitment to gender equality – by 2024, the firm has achieved its goal of having 40 per cent women in management positions.
