Rubem Caio is an associate lawyer and has been with Abreu Advogados since 2023, working mainly in the area of litigation, with a special focus on civil law, executive law and collection litigation.

He is particularly experienced in disputes arising between companies and private individuals, more specifically in matters relating to leasing contracts, service contracts and other matters, by initiating and monitoring injunction procedures, declaratory actions, enforcement actions and precautionary measures.

He also participates in insolvency proceedings, special revitalisation proceedings and special payment agreement proceedings.

Furthermore, he negotiates out-of-court settlements.

Advising a multinational company in the energy sector, focusing on the monitoring of lawsuits and credit recovery;

Advising a company in the car finance and management sector, focusing on dispute mediation;

Advising companies in the construction sector, focusing on legal counselling, mediation of disputes between employees and between clients.
