Webinar | The German Constitutional Court decision and the future of Europe
What will be the consequences of the Germany’s Constitutional Court’s decision on the Public Sector Purchase Programme? Is this the beginning of a disaggregation of the integrity of European Union Law and of the European Union itself? How are Constitutional Courts around Europe going to react? What are the risks for the Eurozone’s financial stability?
These are some of the questions to be discussed in the next Abreu Forward Session, on the 21st of May, at 3pm (GMT+1), with an outstanding panel of speakers: Mattias Kumm, a well-known expert in Global Constitutionalism from NYU and WZB Berlin, Gonçalo Almeida Ribeiro, Judge at the Portuguese Constitutional Court and Professor at Católica School of Law, and Matej Accetto, Vice-President of the Slovenian Constitutional Court and Professor at the University of Ljubljana.
In response to the current situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Abreu Advogados presents a set of online seminars with the participation of renowned speakers from different sectors of the economy and academia, to analyze and debate the challenges facing companies and the economy and, together with our lawyers, look for answers and identify strategies – that companies can learn about and integrate – to better face the crisis.
