Tomás Rocha is an associate lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2021, working mainly in the areas of litigation and corporate law.

He has worked mainly in the area of litigation, representing various national and international clients in the various procedural stages, and has subsequently provided support to them in commercial and civil matters.

He is particularly experienced on commercial and corporate law matters, namely in the incorporation and implementation of companies in Portugal, mergers, spin-offs, restructurings and transfer of assets, as well as in transactions involving shareholdings.

He also advises on private industrial property rights, particularly trademarks and patents.

Advising in the banking and credit recovery sector and on banking litigation matters.

Advising a multinational company in the retail and food sector on consumer issues, advertising, real estate and day-to-day assistance with internal affairs.

Advising and representing clients on rights of reply and image rights.

Advising on civil litigation.

Advising national and foreign companies on administrative and judicial proceedings relating to industrial property.

Collaborating in the prevention and/or resolution of disputes over Intellectual Property and Information Technology, specifically in intellectual property licensing disputes.
