Rosana Ferreira is a trainee lawyer at Abreu Advogados since 2024. During her traineeship, she has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Debt Collection Litigation.

Previously, she worked at various law firms as a trainee lawyer and legal secretary in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and tourism.

She attended several short-term internships, where she supported the team in various areas, such as Labour Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Family Law, Registries and Notaries and Administrative Offences.

Drafting procedural documents: applications, enforcement actions, requests for review of judgments, initial petitions for Justice of the Peace, criminal complaints, written defenses;

Drafting lease agreements.

Drafting collection letters, credit claims;

Change of nationality procedures;

Advising on pre-litigation negotiations;

Advising on enforcement proceedings, family law actions, insolvency, proceedings to discharge remaining liabilities, debt recovery;

Administrative case management, formatting cases, liaising with the accounting and treasury departments;

Analyzing documentation and policies to combat money laundering and conflicts of interest;

Analyzing documentation and assisting with closings, deeds of sale, and promissory contracts of sale.
