Martim Cardoso Silva is an associate and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023, working mainly in Corporate and M&A matters.

He provides regular legal advice to domestic and international companies on corporate law matters, with a special focus on corporate reorganization and restructuring operations, covering various sectors of activity.

His practice includes advising on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, asset transfers and share exchanges, assisting both commercial companies and domestic and foreign investors and investment funds.

He frequently negotiates and drafts contracts for the purchase and sale of shares and equity interests, as well as providing detailed legal analysis of legal, contractual, corporate and financial documentation, with a view to identifying risks and opportunities in highly complex transactions.
