Catarina de Almeida Gonçalves

Catarina de Almeida Gonçalves is a trainee lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023. During her traineeship, she has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Labour Law.

She is particularly involved in labour and human resources matters with national and multinational companies, specifically in labour relations, drafting and terminating employment contracts, working conditions, remuneration systems, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, labour due diligence with risk analysis and quantification of contingencies, labour claims and litigation.

She also has experience in monitoring disciplinary and administrative offence proceedings, preparing procedural documents and making representations to courts and administrative bodies.
