Elsa Sá Carneiro is an Associated Partner and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2008, working mainly in civil law, civil litigation, and corporate commercial litigation.
Elsa is particularly involved in indemnity actions based on contractual and non-contractual liability, producer liability and obligations in general. It also has a long experience in monitoring litigation on corporate resolutions, relationships between partners or shareholders in this capacity and corporate restructuring.
She intervenes in various investment operations in Mozambique, as well as with national companies and business groups, namely, in the incorporation of companies, shareholder agreements, purchase and sale of shareholdings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and transformation of companies and general consultancy.
With vast experience in civil, commercial and corporate law, Elsa frequently assists clients in the hotel, footwear, civil construction and health and investigation sectors.
She also has consolidated experience in advising individual clients in the field of inheritance and family law (in terms of planning, pre-litigation and litigation).
