Maria Eduarda Fernandes

Maria Eduarda Fernandes is a Trainee Lawyer and has been at Abreu Advogados since 2023. During his traineeship, she has been working in different areas of law, with a special focus on Corporate and M&A.

She actively participates in due diligence processes, analyzing legal documents, contracts, corporate and financial records to identify potential risks and opportunities in major transactions.

She is particularly involved in researching case law and doctrine in the field of mergers and acquisitions, and also intervenes in governance issues, contributing to the drafting of opinions and memorandums.
